Abstract

One of the important issues for businesses trying to survive in the dynamic and uncertain environmental conditions of the business world is organizational resilience. This study aims to analyze organizational resilience through a sample selected from among Turkey's leading businesses. During the research period, five businesses with high transaction volumes included in the BIST 100 list of businesses constitute the scope of the study. Data were collected from activity reports that are secondary sources. In the analysis phase, content analysis was conducted through information about the businesses, word frequencies, and determined categories and codes. As a result of the research; the organizational resilience of the businesses included in the study was found to be high due to the age of the business, the crises overcome and their ability to survive. In addition, it is observed that concepts such as flexibility, agility, quality and awareness, which are important criteria for organizational resilience, are not prominent in activity reports, while concepts such as risk monitoring and compliance are frequently used.
