Gerze (Sinop) Geomorphology in General Terms

Abstract

In this article, geomorphology of Sinop’s Gerze district has been observed in general terms. Gerze and its around, which makes up the observing area, is located on the southeast of Sinop. Human activities where happen on earth surface’s, physical geography features affect this human activity most of the time. Knowing the natural features of any area or region is important to the studies that will be held in future. It’s nearly impossible for all kinds of planning and investments which will be made without taking into account geographical factors. Thus, taking into account said district’s geographical features to the studies that will be made is going to increase success chance. With this article aim is to advise and benefit for future studies by putting forth of underdeveloped Gerze’s geomorphological features.
